Refund & Cancellation Policy

Default policy: membership and trial fees are non-refundable after activation unless the gym approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise. Duplicate or incorrect payments should be reported promptly with the transaction reference. Approved refunds, if any, are returned through an appropriate payment method and may require processing time. Edit this policy in Admin → Website & Content → Policies to match the gym’s actual refundable or non-refundable rules.
